| Diagnostic Service Call On-site | Diagnose problems with your system and make recommendations. If
a repair is performed, then the diagnostic fee is not charged. Customer pays
only the cost of repair, and the cost of an on-site service call. You must have an active high speed internet connection (Cable/DSL/Satellite). |

| On-site Service Call / Pickup | This is an additional fee that will be charged to come to your
home or office. In some cases the repair or service can not be made on-site.
In these cases I will bring your computer back to my shop. Save $30 by bringing your system to me. |

| Advanced System Cleanup | Includes everything in the basic system cleanup service. Internal / external cleaning of the entire system. Inspect and lubricate all cooling fans. Fan replacement with customer approval. *additional charge for the new part (fan) Run system file check and hard disk surface scan. Install Free firewall software if necessary. Optimize Windows page file to your system specs. Defragment the hard disk(s). Optimize internet connection and web browser settings. Download and install any required critical Windows updates from Microsoft. |

| General Hardware Install / Upgrade | Install internal or external hardware. (CD/DVD/Blu-Ray, video

| Complete System Restore | This service involves reformatting the hard disk (erases all
data), and reinstalling the Windows operating system. Install Free anti-virus Software. Install Free Spyware scanning / removal software. Install Free firewall software if necessary. *If your system is more than 2 years old, and this has never been done, you will notice that your system is significantly slower than when it was purchased. This service will make your system perform as it did the day it was purchased. *You will have to reinstall any software that has been installed since you first purchased your system. *This service may be required in cases of extreme virus infections. |
